Freemasons Lodge in Redhill, Surrey.
Box Hill Masonic Lodge, No 5858 in the Province of Surrey owes its foundation to Brethren from a wide variety of Masonic Lodges mostly from the London area who were evacuated to Surrey during the outbreak of the Second World War.
With the support of local Freemasons lodges in Dorking and Surrey a warrant was issued for the formation of Box Hill Masonic Lodge, Surrey.
On the 29th January 1943 the consecration of Box Hill Lodge took place at Surbiton Masonic Halls in Surrey.
We regularly meet at the Nutfield Masonic Centre in Redhill which overlooks the very picturesque North Downs.
